Also head of the Volunteering Committee
Anne has lived in the Nokomis East neighborhood for 13 years. She and her husband, Mark, both out-of-staters, bought the house without ever having heard of Lake Nokomis--and can't imagine living anywhere else. They have two children, Eleanor (4th grade) and Sam (2nd) grade, who keep them very busy with soccer, piano lessons and ice skating. Anne works part time as an adult ELL teacher in St. Paul, and in her free time, likes to volunteer at LNCS, walk around that lake, and spend time with friends. There's a good chance you'll run into her at the Nokomis Beach coffee shop, and when she's just at home, she's probably trying to figure out creative ways to make her house feel bigger than it really is. She and Mark remind each other all the time: "location, location, location!"
